Each region has its own price list, set for that market and billed in its own currency — prices aren't a currency conversion of another region's price. You're charged exactly the amount shown for your region.

Checkout adds a 3% payment-processing fee on top of the plan price to cover card/UPI processing. It's itemised before you pay: plan price, processing fee, and the total you'll be charged.

Monthly plans renew every month; annual plans are paid once a year and cost at least 29% less than twelve months. Both renew automatically by default, and you can turn auto-renew off at checkout or any time from Plan & Billing — you keep access until the end of what you paid for.

Starter is one seat, just you. Team includes 2 seats and Business includes 3, for your organisation; each seat beyond those is added to the plan's price, and you choose how many at checkout. Everyone in the organisation takes one, you included, and so does an invitation that hasn't been answered yet. When the seats are full, invitations stop until you add seats or take an invitation back.

Yes, anytime from Settings → Plan & Billing. Paying for a higher (or lower) tier immediately replaces your current entitlement and concurrent-bot limit — no need to wait for the current period to end.

Once the month or year you paid for ends without a renewal, the account loses access to Rini's API and product surfaces until a new payment is completed. Your data and configuration aren't deleted — access simply pauses.

Checkout runs through Razorpay's own hosted modal — Rini's servers never see or store your card/UPI details. Every payment is verified server-side with an HMAC-SHA256 signature check before an account is marked active.
